The herb tea of Christmas is a mixture of fresh, vegetable, lemon-flavoured and spiced savors (cloves, melissa, orange peels, liquorice,…) who evokes the period of the Advent. This drink without theine is tasted constantly by day, for the pleasure but also to protect the respiratory tracts and to facilitate digestion.
Indication
Pioneer of the organic tea during his creation in 1994, Les Jardins de Gaïa is today an organic reference as regards teas and herb teas of excellence, which are addressed as well to the beginners as at the experts. Most products come from the equitable trade and, for some, the biodynamy. The compositions of Les Jardins de Gaïa all are carried out hand-crafted in Alsace.
Use
- Temperature of water: 95°C.
- Infusion Time: 5 to 10 minutes.
- A to prepare preferably in: a porcelain teapot to appreciate the freshness of the tea. Used as well for the tea without milk as like the aromatized teas
Composition
Cinnamon*, melissa*, sheets of mulberry tree*, barks of orange*, pieces of apple*, liquorice*, nails of cloves*, petals of souci*, petals of cornflower*.
